Incite
IN-CITE-VERB,To encourage; To move to action
Incite is a fully customized coaching service for young adults looking to reach optimal performance and overall satisfaction in day to day life.
WHO I SERVE
Incite Coaching is mentorship and accountability for autonomous adolescents and young adults looking to improve daily living with tools, strategy and awareness.
What I do
Instead of a feelings-first approach, we define goals and values to live by. Then, tools and daily practices are introduced and habituated for increased self acceptance, positivity and a “can-do” mind-set. It’s amazing how much power is held in not making excuses for even little things we ourselves find inexcusable. My overall goal for clients is increased joy, to develop interests, live/perform at a higher level and feel empowered by doing.
